PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

We aim to describe each piece accurately, including its materials, gemstones and dimensions where relevant. Please read the details on the product page before ordering and contact us if you need further information.

We take care to represent our jewellery faithfully in photographs. Colours may appear slightly different because of lighting and screen settings, while natural gemstones may have individual characteristics. These variations do not change the materials or specifications stated in the product description. If you would like additional photographs or details before ordering, please email us.

Availability can change. If we cannot fulfil an order after it has been placed, we will contact you promptly. We will not substitute another piece without your agreement. If you do not wish to proceed with an alternative, any payment received for the unavailable item will be refunded.

PRICES AND ORDERS

Prices are displayed in euros and include VAT where applicable. The total payable to us, including any applicable delivery charge, is shown before you place your order. Prices may change for future orders, but a confirmed order will not be repriced without your agreement.

For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, local taxes or customs charges may be payable on arrival unless we have expressly stated that they are included. These charges are set by the destination country and are the recipient’s responsibility.

To place an order, you must be legally able to enter into a contract and provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information. You will receive an order confirmation by email. If there is a problem with your order or the information provided, please contact us as soon as possible.

PAYMENT

The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Payment is processed through the selected payment provider or method. Where payment has not been completed, we may be unable to begin making or dispatching the piece. Any payment arrangements for a bespoke commission or wholesale order will be confirmed separately in writing.

MAKING AND DELIVERY

Some pieces are ready for dispatch; others may be made after an order is placed. Where a piece requires making or a size needs to be prepared, we will provide an estimated timeframe before confirming the arrangement with you. If an unforeseen delay arises, we will contact you with an update. Your rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Available delivery options, charges and further information about international shipments are set out on our Shipping & Returns page and, where applicable, at checkout.

CANCELLATIONS, WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please email [email protected] as soon as possible. If the piece has already been dispatched, the return procedure below applies.

For eligible online purchases, you may notify us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order that you wish to return it, without giving a reason. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to send the piece back. For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning it. Please handle the piece only as needed to inspect it and use a secure, trackable return service.

A piece made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law. We will make this clear before confirming a bespoke commission. This exclusion does not affect your rights if a piece is faulty or does not match its description.

Refunds for eligible returns will be made to the original payment method in accordance with applicable law. We may wait until we receive the returned piece, or evidence that it has been sent, before issuing the refund. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for the full return instructions.

FAULTS AND AFTERCARE

Your jewellery should match its description and be free from faults covered by law. Consumers in the European Union have a minimum two-year legal guarantee from delivery. If you believe a piece is faulty or differs from its description, please contact us with your order details so that we can assess it and provide the remedy required by applicable law. This right also applies to personalised pieces and is separate from the 14-day right to change your mind.

If you would like an adjustment, cleaning or repair that is not covered by your legal rights, please contact us. We will let you know whether the work is possible and confirm any cost before proceeding. Care guidance is available on our Care Instructions page.

PRIVACY AND WEBSITE CONTENT

Information you provide when placing an order is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

The designs, text, photographs and other material presented on this website are protected by the rights of their respective owners. They may not be reproduced or used commercially without the relevant owner’s prior written permission.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONTACT

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in place when you submit an order applies to that order.

These terms are governed by Greek law, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protections that apply in their country of residence. If you have a question or concern about an order, please contact us first at [email protected]. Nothing in these terms restricts any right you may have to seek a remedy under applicable law.
