Elsa Mouzaki Fine Jewellery is shaped by more than two decades of design practice. Architectural details, objects and elements of fashion are translated into jewellery through form, repetition, volume and subtle variation, balancing structure with movement and wearability.

From her Athens studio, Elsa develops signature collections and bespoke commissions, alongside engagement rings and wedding bands. Each design is realised in recycled 18K gold and set with carefully selected diamonds and coloured gemstones, with close attention to proportion and detail.
